Anyone that has ever known me knows I am dedicated
to my mission!
I am very performance driven and I do not accept no for an answer! No just means I need to regroup and approach from a different perspective! I have a true passion for business and learning. I love to be challenged with something different and new. I will dig in and until I find the answer! I love numbers and looking at the data to find the place we can attack to obtain the profit we are looking for! Whether that is increasing traffic or category sales, decreasing cost of goods to increase revenue, or creating an online presence to increase sales.
My favorite thing about working with businesses is to work with the owner! We all too often as humans sell ourselves short! We think we can't or shouldn't and generally get in our own way of achievement and success! I like to break down those barriers and show the owner... IT CAN BE DONE! There is nothing better in this world than to see a person succeed at the plans they have set in place and worked hard for!
My Reason
I am a mom and a grandma first! Every day, every second,
every minute. My girls are the reason I get up every day.
They are the reason I work hard.
They are the reason I do what I do every day!
It is a very deep seeded passion to be a great example for my family. It is important to me to be a lady, a wife, a homemaker, and a mother they can look up to. Being successful in my career is my way of ensuring they know, they can achieve their dreams if they work hard for them. No matter what those dreams are, they can go after them and achieve them.. if they want to!
I didn't come from a family that offered support or encouragement. It was hard and hard core. I made up in my mind at a very young age I would be the things I never had as a young person to any young person I could be!
I pursue this mission daily.
