This is a POWERHOUR! session focused on your goals. This is meant to ensure you are on track, talk about topics that you feel are relevant, discuss new opportunities, and create a plan for the month to come!
This is a 2 hour session to develop your goals, create your strategy, and ensure you have a plan for the next 12 months to grow your business. This can include sales plans and goals, increasing traffic or targeting a new customer base, expanding your business footprint etc.
Thinking about expanding your business? This is a great way to ensure you are ready! In this session we focus on the business plan needed to support the expansion, employee support, setting goals and strategies to ensure your expansion is successful! We create a list of resources you will need, such as IT, Merchant services, insurance needs, phone and internet, etc.
Do you have a plan but feel like it needs some fine tuning? This is a great opportunity to dig into the details and ensure you are on the right track with goals that are achievable and measurable and a targeted plan to get there.

In most businesses the growth of your business is directly dependent on employee engagement! Your entire team needs to be sold out to your plans and goals for them to be successful! This session helps you to look at your leadership and really decide who will help YOU grow, who needs to go, and who needs to grow! The best part of this process is many times, as the business owner, you learn so much about your employees and their talents. Therefore, opening doors to other opportunities!
An IDP is created specifically with this employee in mind. This is about developing them to be successful and of better service to your company through development of skills, talents, and growing in other areas they would like to pursue! This plan helps you to know the employee better and makes them feel as though you value them and what skillsets they offer to your company. Thus, leading to employee contentment, over all morale, and ultimately improving retention!
This is completed after the IDP but in correlation with the IDP, in that, you use the proceeds of the IDP to decide what is the best next placement for this employee! Having this discussion with the employee articulates their value particulate to the future of your company. This also states where they begin to train to fit into the next role you have planned for them! Who will participate in that training? What is the time frame for that training to completed? And follow up plans.
These are interactive workshops meant to be Team Building, activity based, & engaging to the employees as a group. This generally happens after they have each created their own IDP, gone through succession planning with you, and understand the company goals. They now know where they fit in to the future growth of the company and they are brought together as a team to celebrate and be inspired as to what next looks like as Team!
