Now that you have taken a deep dive into your business, and you have identified all of your strengths and opportunities. You have taken a hard look at what your business actually looks like from the ground up. You have created your goals based on the information gathered. It's time to decide how you will WIN!! Developing a strategy to achieve each goal is as critical as all of the information you have learned! This defines what your target is? How will you get there? Who is involved? What does success look like?
Your advertising dollars are some of the most important dollars in your budget!! Think about the biggest companies you know.... why do you know them? Because they are in your face every day! They don't let you forget they are there! You should follow this in every capacity you can! Every business should have a plan on how you will communicate with your customer, what platform, what is the message? Is this a Brand Awareness mission? or is it targeting a specific customer? There are two very important things to understand about marketing... you should always have an ad to develop Brand Awareness and you should always have an ad to penetrate the market you already own by targeting customers specific to need! We will develop a 12-month rolling plan that encompasses all of this!

This includes power sessions around building ideas, brainstorming about opportunities, and creating a plan to achieve them. This happens through traditional one on one meetings, phone calls, zoom calls, and group meetings with employees. These power sessions promote personal growth, professional growth, along with business perspective!

Do you have vision as to what you would like it to be? Putting a plan to those ideas is what will take your business from good to great! Take a moment to think on these things. Write your ideas down! Even the ones you think are crazy!
Who is part of your plan? I know this sounds silly... but when you think of business growth this is an important topic! Who will replace you and all the things you do when you have to do bigger things? Do you know them, or do you need to find them? Will the employees you have now support the goals you are developing now? The foundation you lay now will certainly decide your success in the future!
Have you thought about who will be your next targeted customer? Let's think outside the box on this for a second.. What product or service have you wanted to bring out and just haven't done it? Who is the customer and how will that change your business? Will you need another location to help service the new customers? Is this part of your 10-year plan? Will the business you have now be here in 10 years if you don't?
When you sit down and reflect on who you are today, how you think about business and life... is this your plan? Are you happening to life or is it happening to you? So often we get in our own way doing things or allowing thoughts that defeat us! Do you have personal goals? Are you working on them? How can you continue personal growth?
